According to the betting operator, BetMGM, the Chiefs are once again the favorite to win the Super Bowl at +600 odds (Bet $100 to win $600). The Buccaneers are the third-betting choice at 10/1 odds, right behind the team they knocked out in the NFC Championship, the Green Bay Packers at 9/1. And while their Super Bowl odds improved from 18-1 to 13-1, the Rams' odds at making the playoffs rose from 58.8% to 67%. The Rams' odds at winning the NFC West is now 36.7%, a 6.1% increase. Without playing a game or making a roster move, the Detroit Lions’ odds to win next year’s Super Bowl have improved ever so slightly. After opening with 100-1 odds tied with Miami.
But as confetti rained down on Raymond James Stadium and Tampa Bay fans celebrated another championship they couldn’t attend, sports bettors were already fixated on Super Bowl betting odds for 2022.
So it comes as no surprise that the Kansas City Chiefs are once again favored to win Super Bowl 56.
Next year’s Super Bowl will be held on Feb. 6, 2022 in Inglewood, California. And already, the top four teams from the 2021 season all have significant odds.

If you are in the market for a way out-of-the-box gamble, DraftKings has both the Detroit Lions and Houston Texans listed at +12500 to win Super Bowl 56.
FanDuel odds are DET Lions +12000 and HOU Texans +7000.
If the goal is to play it safe, there are several teams with decent odds.
The LA Rams, listed at +1300 on DraftKings/Fanduel, recently acquired quarterback Matthew Stafford and brings back a wealth of talent.
Similarly, the Cleveland Brown +2000 (DK) and +2200 (FD) bring back an offense that racked up the 3rd most rushing yards (2,374) in 2020.
Both the Baltimore Ravens and San Francisco 49ers carry +1400 odds at FanDuel. However, the 49ers could have upwards of 40 free agents this off-season.
Of course, oddsmakers will be watching what teams do in the off-season leading up to the 2021 NFL Draft.
The New Orleans Saints (+2000) could see a shift in odds if QB Drew Brees returns for his 21st NFL season.
Other major headlines to watch include what the Houston Texas will do with star quarterback Deshaun Watson, if the Philadelphia Eagles (+6600) will trade quarterback Carson Wentz, and who will new Jacksonville Jaguars Head Coach, Urban Meyer, draft with the #1 pick.
Jacksonville currently is listed at +7500 DraftKings and +8000 FanDuel.
